Hayden Michael
Co-founder & CEO
Hayden co-founded LA Comic Con at 18 alongside Stan Lee. Fifteen years later the show fills the entire LA Convention Center and draws more than 130,000 visitors a year. He has spent his career building businesses for fans and collectors, including a licensed digital collectibles operation that sold more than half a million packs of digital collectibles in 16 months. Fifteen years in collectibles, IP licensing, and community-driven platforms. He leads Vaulted's strategy, partnerships, and community.
Klaus Moeller
Co-founder & Director of Acquisitions
Klaus has spent more than 20 years in collectible photography. He founded Celebrity Vault, a photography gallery in Beverly Hills, and went on to build Globe Entertainment and Media, a business assembling photographic archives of Hollywood legends. In 2025, Hard Rock International acquired a majority stake in Globe. He co-founded LA Comic Con with Hayden, founded Baby Genius and took it public on NASDAQ, and is a co-owner of Field of Dreams, three sports memorabilia stores in Las Vegas. At Vaulted he leads asset sourcing and collection relationships.
Charles Hoffman
Co-founder & COO
Charles brings nearly 15 years of enterprise software and operations experience. At e-Builder he led complex software implementations and helped build the company's integration practice as it grew toward its $500 million acquisition by Trimble. At Vaulted he leads product, technology, and operations, including the platform build and the systems behind authentication, custody, and shareholder records.

Every object will be authenticated before it’s offered, using grading and authentication appropriate to the asset.

Collections will be stored securely and insured.
Priced with discipline
Whether Vaulted acquires a collection or a partner supplies it, the price investors pay has to make sense against the appraisal and comparable sales.
A real path to sale
Every collection will come with a plan for finding buyers, through auction houses or private sale.
